100# Sir Galahad, 5 gallon Milk, 4# fresh yeast,48 eggs,24# butter ? Dry milk ? Sugar ? Salt ? Vanilla Extract
Корейские выпечки намного интереснее снимают
Зачем так долго показывать разбивание яиц!?
3:30 What IS that large white thing in the bin with the eggs? Also, I prefer a babka where the layers kinda unravel a bit during slicing, exposing all that chocolatey (or cinnamon-y) goodness. This just looks like a loaf of bread with chocolate swirls, although I'm sure it tastes great.
Why does it look like a blop of p^^
Wow. $14 for a loaf. That's expensive!
Were those insects in the sugar???
Wrong Way of cracking eggs
Just curious... how is this eaten?
Looks delicious! I love it when food looks good as well! Jesus Christ is Coming Back! I’m not asking you to get religious – 2 minutes of your time: To be Saved just confess out loud to GOD and admit that you are a sinner in need of a Saviour and confess that you believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for your sins, was buried, and was raised back to Life on the third day. 1 Cor 15:1-4. GOD is listening to you and He will write your name down in His Book of Life.
Why do you buy milk in 1such small bottles when you need a lot of it? So much waste 😟
Why would anyone who doesn't own a bakery watch this video?
I tasted the zchocolate babka. This is delicious.
this is Polish recipe and name "babka"
Ingredient measurements: Lethal dose of everything
I just watched a person crack eggs for two whole minutes.
Бабка - огонь!
Просто кейк с шоколадом , а не рулет с маком , не думаю , чтоб был одинаковый вкус
The chocolate babka. Made famous by Seinfeld. If you know you know
Eat these for a couple of months and you get your own postcode!!
How do I get this overnight to my home?
Interesting. I love this treat and I have alway combined the bread as a fun family treat created by Bubbeh in a kitchen with family dialogue exchanges, good or bad; however, point being, they converse. However, as I watch this, I see factory robotic-like people working uniformly without any dialogue or hint of a united team working together with their co-workers. Weird; it’s almost hard to view because the treat has always revolved around fun joyful experiences for me. I guess I wish the crew was allowed to be as joyful as the product, they make, is to those of us who enjoy this delicious treat.
Another really great video.
Babka is polskie food but ok americans dont know shit
imagine the last egg she cracks is bad, she has to throw away all of the eggs
Actually you can see that she checks them
Such excellent video editing. The editor must have thought we need to see every egg cracked, every bottle of milk poured. We also needed to see how chocolate is spread onto every loaf of bread because obviously that is a very difficult task. And yes the extra video footage compensates for no one voicing over or explaining anything. This is at least 15 minutes of my life that I will never get back lol.
No one forced you to watch it...
This not a traditional babka. This is a bread loaf.
Мастерски,быстро,,,,,наверное вкусно !!!!!!!!!
Oh shitt, i missed the second egg 😭😭 being cracked, feeling guilty
Ни один повар не будет бить все яйца в одну посуду. Только если тебе похер на людей ты так будешь делать
you didnt show the chocolate filling process
I mean OK, but is there any larger container for milk ? This amount of cardboard waste is enormous !
. . . . i want one . . . . 😍
Was that butter or shortening?
Butter. The light brown stuff at the beginning was fresh blocks of yeast
жесть, корм для свиней
Dude this could have been a 2 min video!!!!
It's a very nice restaurant. I went in to try this babka and it was fresh and tasty and the staff were very kind.
What is the black on the cake ?
WOW, the final product looks soooo yummy.
this is reminding me of the Seinfeld episode with the cinnamon babka xD
Does she cut it exactly in half by eye only? If so thats crazy impressive
What was in the blue wrapper
Did you use butter
complete mental how they use the Spray on the dough , i see that in my bakery and i hit you
That chocolate layer. Is that choco dough, cream, or paste?
Hazelnut paste, chocolate, butter sugar etc.
Amazing, watched egg cracking for 2 full minutes!
What did you smoke 🥳
I can't help but think of Seinfeld
I gave it 70 seconds. 2-3 eggs were enough to watch
You can fast forward... 😉🤣
In slovak language babka means grandmother
Glad you showed every egg being cracked.
also, lovely to see the eggshells on the bottom.... looks tasty. you got to keep that calcium up.
thankyou for telling me to not waste time xD
Anxiously anticipating a blood spot to appear and make the whole vat treyf
@Bubble O Bill how do u know that?
i like nuts and cinnamon.
It's not a bread... It's just babka.
Looks delish. Best chocolate babka I've ever had: Cheskie's bakery in Montreal.
The videography sucks, why follow every movement? Very unprofessional and distracting.
Absolut precision by cutting them in half, unless they have a scale on their board (which I doubt).
It's not the hardest thing to make. I've been making these for years, just with cinnamon rolls filling.. If you can bake a bread, you can make this! 👍😊
They don't have babka here. :(
And you wonder why 75% of Americans are overweight and over 40% are clinically obese...
This household packaging produces an unnecessary amount of waste! what kind of bad organization is that!?!
Wouldn’t it be cheaper and faster to use gallons of milk?
If you replace the chocolate paste, by guava jam you would be surprised. Extremely.
This video tends to get boring.... How many times do you have to show the bakers spreading on the chocolate and rolling it up? Dislike from me.
Inflation is killing us, $14 for 1/2 a babka what will it be in 5 years? $20, $25? This is more like hyperinflation.
That is good looking Babka! I'm watching this at just after midnight now craving Babka.
Lesser babka? I think not!
very repetitive video ... poorly edited
😂 $14 for a loaf. No thx.
TWO WHOLE GODDAMNED MINUTES OF EGG CRACKING ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Everything on this video is super repetitive. How many times do we have to see them spreading on the chocolate, how many times do we have to set them rolling the dough? Dislike from me.
Those white squiggly things in the eggs give me the heeby-geebies.
in romania we call it Cozonac
Sou à Luciana Parabéns Que delícia Vocês são ótimos
The video is so interesting. If you all have time, come and watch my video.
why show so many repeats of the same procedure? I get bored watching a person crack 1000 eggs
I wonder why they used Quart sized milks instead of Gallon jugs when preparing?
Why do you people from the US keep calling babka "bread" ? Do you eat it with ham and cheese or something...? There are so many shapes and flavours of babka, and most of them don't even look like bread, not to mention the taste (however I know that the bread in the US may be considered cake in UE due to the amount of sugar in it). THIS IS CAKE! If you have any doubts or would like to discuss this, please talk to my grandma first, she has 70 years of experience in baking babkas, I think she knows better.
As far as I know the US doesn't have the same sort of bread/cake distinction the EU does, and instead things like babka or sweet loaves are generally known as sweet bread. Less of actual equating them as the same thing and more a lack of legal distinction, sweet breads are still eaten as a breakfast pastry or dessert.
Обрежь видео! Зачем показывать как каждое яйцо разбивают и как капли молока выливают!
thank you so much
Yes please, crack my eggs
I know what I'm doing for my birthday. This looks amazing. Thanks for sharing. xoxo
Illegal immigrants making centuries old European recipes :)))))))))
Flour from the dirty bag
Those eggs look particularly satisfying to handle.
How can that one egg withstands all the bonks
It looks delicious, but what about that plastic from milk plastic bottles? If it´s that huge ammount of milk, it could be taken from supplier in bigger reusable containers. And oil spray doesn´t save time, as we can see they spray this pretty long time, same job can do hands covered with oil or room temperature butter (yes, I´m from chef family and I know it´s possible even in this ammount). That many bottles of oil spray relieves huge ammount of freons to atmosfrere where builds greenhouse effect or if they want to spray it they can use reusable spray pumping (underpressure) bottle - looks kind same as pumping bottles for gardening :) ... and imagine this was just ONE batch of those babka, what ammount of plastic waste from whole one week, month or year. It makes me sad, it could be done with less waste of plastic and believe me, without plastic and freons it´s cheaper than this. No, I´m not crazy ass activist, just responsible resident of our Earth. I know not every person feel it same as me, but it really makes me sad :( But I loooove making this kind of foods and treats or so just different way. Take care friends and be safe :)
So true.. Thats my concern too☹️😢
this video is so good.. close ups..zoons.. well done!
