a Ventilator in the cold room? what is that good for? to dry out the meat quicker and make it LOOk older as it actually is? and to trimm ALL the fat? no way, at least a finger thick should stay on.THAT gives the meat the flavor when grilled.

That’s the most humane treatment I’ve seen of an animal since I caught an elephant in a wire trap and waited two days for him to die before I had the guts to approach him to cut out the tusks - of course, I left the rest of the carcass to the birds!

Ребята, заканчивайте жить в "стране советов" в своем разуме. Целая нация живёт в капитальном очке из-за этого. Подача возможно не совершенна, но уверен, что вкусно. Medium rare и Medium - это степени прожарки мяса, люди сами выбирают то, что они хотят, а не как у нас "ЧТО ПРИНЕСЛИ, ТО И ЖРЁМ".

All fine with the steaks, when it comes to lobster, people on video should have known that there are human ways to cook a live lobster without causing pain. Either one shot kill between the eyes with your knife, or simply put in freezer for 10 mins so lobster goes into deep sleep and does not feel a thing. People on video were just cruel ignorants
