What’s with that bun being cut so unevenly? Still, everything looks awesome.
If you noticed, there was tomato and lettuce on the top bun, this will keep the top piece from getting soggy with the burger’s juices. The bottom half of the bun has no such protection, so it’s thicker in order to not get too soggy and fall apart. This is also why you spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on both bun halves for your burgers at home; the fat in the Mayo creates a moisture barrier.

i think the cheese kinda ruined the filet mignon, but its personal preference i really enjoy tasting the meat when it comes to those premium cuts, adding cheese makes the dish feel "junk food" for me. i did appreciate the mushrooms tho

Raclette is one amazing Swiss cheese. You can throw it in the frying pan (Bits of them) and fry and it becomes this nice solid perfection after it has only melted a little bit.

Steak is supposed to be medium-rare. When you cook it to 120 degrees internally it kills all bacteria. If you overcook it the meat becomes dry.

I use to wake up at the middle of the night when I was young and fry onion and garlic and eat it with a bread. But the down side of it that the whole family wakes up from the smell and then you have to share your food with everyone 😂😂😂
