he used the knife, dirty with chicken juices, then with the same salmonella knife, cuts into an onion, all good so far, BUT he used half the onion then placed the other half back into its bucket still covered in the chicken . omg as soon as those juices get warm they can and do get funky. not a really good cook., im a chef and those things dont fly in the kitchen i work for

It just looks great but non Japanese won't like the taste. I've tried it once and it has that strong odour and texture is really weird. The rice get saggy in gravy and raw egg. If you are not into raw eggs then stay away from it. You will get a strong odour of eggs even gravy can't hide it.

I am at 4:46 and I want to slap the chef for how poorly he keeps his tools! That knife should be so sharp every slice should feel like a hot knife through butter. Professional chefs should know better than to display such poorly kept tools! 12:15. Why is there so much garnish?
