he used the knife, dirty with chicken juices, then with the same salmonella knife, cuts into an onion, all good so far, BUT he used half the onion then placed the other half back into its bucket still covered in the chicken . omg as soon as those juices get warm they can and do get funky. not a really good cook., im a chef and those things dont fly in the kitchen i work for

It just looks great but non Japanese won't like the taste. I've tried it once and it has that strong odour and texture is really weird. The rice get saggy in gravy and raw egg. If you are not into raw eggs then stay away from it. You will get a strong odour of eggs even gravy can't hide it.

中華包丁使ってるし、ゆで卵の殻の割り方もアヒルの卵の割り方だし、肉切った包丁拭きもせずそのまま野菜切ったり、椎茸チキンライスに入れてるし、味付け醤油だし、鉄パン油通ししてるし、オムレツ下手くそだし、キチキチの真似してるけどデミグラスも違うし… いや別に外国独自のものを否定する気はないが中国人が商売の為に日本人と日本食を語るのは止めてくれ。
