that green twiggy vegetable I believe is called SAMPHIRE. my curiosity took me to Google search and this is what I came up with. samphire is mentioned as a vegetable that is cooked by blanching, which is the cooking method used in this vid. although I would not go out of my way to purchase this veg, I would like to taste it
